01 / The opportunity

Less administration.
More room for progress.

Three priorities for a standards-led professional body, from everyday CPD to complex membership journeys.

01 / DIGITAL CPD

Move beyond interim templates.

ISEP’s published guidance asks members to use a Word template while its new CPD tool is developed. Let’s review the current roadmap and explore where Guild could help.

02 / GRADES & REGISTERS

Connect professional progression.

From Affiliate to Fellow, members follow different pathways. Explore how grades, assessments and specialist register requirements could sit alongside a consistent member record.

03 / OPERATIONAL CONFIDENCE

Give your team room to focus.

Bring renewals, reporting and member service into clearer focus. Identify opportunities to reduce duplicate work while supporting the systems and investments that matter to ISEP.

04 / A considered approach

Start with understanding.
Move forward with confidence.

Guild’s Annual Renewal Management service supports planning, configuration and your team during critical renewal periods. Here is how we propose starting the conversation.

01 / DISCOVER

Map what matters.

Understand your CPD roadmap, member grades, specialist registers, renewal calendar and existing technology landscape.

02 / VALIDATE

Prove the fit.

Review requirements against Guild’s capabilities, including scale, security, integrations and migration dependencies.

03 / PLAN

Agree a practical path.

Define scope, responsibilities and milestones together, with renewal support and service continuity central to the plan.

Before we talk

Your questions.
A clear starting point.

Can Guild work with our existing systems?

Discovery would map your current systems and required data flows. Specific integrations, APIs and technical dependencies need to be validated before we recommend an architecture.

Can Guild replace our interim CPD process?

First, we would understand the status of your MyISEP CPD project. Recording, evidence, sampling and assessor requirements would be checked against Guild’s capabilities. Any configuration or development would be scoped before a commitment.

Can Guild support our grades and registers?

We would map individual membership grades, specialist register criteria and corporate relationships. A tailored evaluation would confirm the rules, permissions and data model required.

How would we protect continuity during a transition?

A proposed implementation plan would cover data validation, testing, cutover and support, agreed around your renewal calendar. The delivery approach and timings would follow discovery.

Let’s explore what better
could look like for your members.

A focused conversation about ISEP’s priorities, your current landscape and where Guild could make a practical difference.
